  • Fargo is back!

My old podcasting pals at En podd om teknik would consider it a missed opportunity if I didn’t take the chance to use my new blog to promote one of my all time favourite TV shows. I keep recommending it to people and people keep ignoring it. It’s their loss, it’s a fantastic show.

Fargo is an anthology series, a very dark drama comedy that tell very intricate and suspenseful crime stories about morally ambiguous people that make choices that has very cascading effects on the events that unfold. That might sound fuzzy, but I don’t want to give too much of it away, it has to be seen to be experienced.

Each season is standalone and set in its own time period. They all play out in the same geographical area and they are very loosely related to each other in smart, clever and/or twisty ways.

The cast is always fantastic. A-list celebrities commonly do roles not typical to them. Always fun! favorite the seasons, you’ll see people like Billy Bob Thornton, Colin Hanks, Martin Freeman, Jason Schwartzman, Juno Temple, Jon Hamm, Ewan McGregor, Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemmons, Chris Rock and soo many more.

Season 5 just wrapped and it’s a fantastic entry into the series. Get on it now! Streaming on HBO Max in Sweden.

Artifact is one of the best services I never use, that’s quite telling of the challenges facing news organisations today.

Me chuckling at this dates me better than carbon dating ever will.

I must admit that I envisioned the first post to this blog as a smart thoughtful piece on something important. But I guess you can’t always get what you want.
